Choral Spring Pops Concert

We are excited about these upcoming performances. We have had a great year of learning and performing and students in these ensembles are looking forward to performing their final concerts of the 2013-2014 School Year. Thank you for you support!!!





Please note attendance policy for concerts...



Choral concerts are the equivalent to a final exam.  Attendance is EXTREMELY important.  Our team suffers without the valuable contributions of each singer to our group sound.  If circumstances arise that cause the student to miss a concert, students will need to make arrangements to perform concert music (live before school or recorded from home) - 20 measures of each piece (min. three selections) for Dr. Hirschorn.

7th Grade Chorus performs at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church at 10:15am
Reminder: Students wear uniforms to school, bus leaves at 9:15am, students return to Durham at 11:30am. Lunch upon return to school.


Tuesday, March 4, 2014
Bel Canto Chorus performs at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m.
8th Grade Chorus performs at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church at 4:15pm
Reminder: Students bring uniforms to school, students leave at 1:30pm, students return to Durham at 5:30 p.m. Parents pickup at 5:30pm Thanks!!!
